GCL manage design development and cost planning to deliver this new two-form entry primary school in Dewsbury, delivered using the DfE Schools Framework.  GCL assisted with the Tender Submission and Planning Submission.  The project has been designed to comply with all aspects of the DfE brief, including the requirement of Net Zero Carbon in operation and all within the £6m cost envelope.  GCL will be undertaking Quantity Surveying services once the project commences on site this Autumn.
