Due to an increasing demand in pupil numbers and the desire to improve the educational provision at Newfield School Blackburn, Gosling Consulting have been appointed by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council to explore options to extend the existing facilities of Newfield’s SEN School and assess the overall site-wide cohesion between the SEN and Autism provision at the school.

GCL will act as Cost Consultant on the scheme, working closely with the rest of the team to establish optimum value for the Client.
