Moor Nook Housing Office Redevelopment

The demolition of the existing housing office and the design and redevelopment of an affordable housing scheme consisting of 6 terraced houses, including all associated external works.  In addition, the relocation of an existing allotment site to another piece of land, including the construction of 2 houses and redevelopment of the existing allotment site to provide a further 6 terraced houses, providing a total of 14 houses across 3 sites, all in close proximity.
