We are pleased to announce our appointment by Fylde Council to act as Project Managers and Cost Consultants on Phase 1 of the Kirkham Public Realm. This is part of their Kirkham Futures Scheme, which is funded through Historic England’s High Streets Heritage Action Zone, the Government’s Future High Streets Fund, together with funding contributions from Lancashire County Council, Fylde Council and Kirkham Town Council.
The Phase 1 Public Realm works will replace and improve the existing infrastructure and street furniture of Market Square and Poulton Street.
