Rossendale Borough Council has been successful in its grant bid submission to the DLUHC for Capital Regeneration Project funding, part of which will go towards the demolition and redevelopment of a new market facility and Union Street public realm in Bacup.  Gosling Consulting have been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Procurement services on the forthcoming development.
