On 16th July, our Director, Dan is taking on the Coniston End-to-End 8km Swim!
The event is organised and run by Swim Your Swim and includes swimming around Peel Island. Let’s hope for beautiful weather to match the beautiful surroundings.
Coniston is in the Lake District. It is the third largest lake by volume and the fifth largest by area.
With only a few weeks to go, training is well under way with regular outdoor lap swimming at Pennington Flash Country Park.
Dan is raising funds for a new charity, Holly’s Hearts. The charity was founded by friends of Dan, following the devastating loss of their daughter last year. The charity supports other families going through similar experiences, whilst keeping memories of Holly alive.
