GCL have been appointed as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor by Fylde Borough Council on the conversion of Hillside in Kirkham.
GCL will project manage the pre-contract process, manage procurement and deliver the project on behalf of the council, which will see this disused asset brought back to life and deliver revenue.
