Worden Hall

The completed project has delivered a superb new café, a range of function spaces, meeting rooms, offices and landscaped areas to serve the local community. Worden Hall had remained unused for over eight years until South Ribble Council embarked on a major restoration to breathe life into this wonderful old building. It required extensive refurbishment to transform the hall into a flexible community and event space. We provided a range of services from RIBA Stage 2, working as Project/Procurement Manager and Quantity Surveyor. We supported South Ribble Council in the development of their concept, ensuring value for money and adherence to the brief right through to completion and defects rectification. A fantastic scheme of which we are very proud!
