Gosling Consulting have been appointed by Tawd Valley Developments as Quantity Surveyors and Technical Advisor on the forthcoming Skelmersdale Town Centre Masterplan works.
This vision will focus activity and investment on an ambitious and deliverable plan to upgrade and enhance the town centre over the next 10-15 years.
The plan will utilise publicly owned land in and around the town centre and will respond to the key challenges and opportunities, providing a programme of approximately £150M of public and private sector investment.
