The refurbishment of the existing building to create flats/apartments to include:

• A combination of 1 and 2 bed flats (subject to constraints of the existing building and working within the current planning approvals).
• External space to areas surrounding the existing building.

GCL have been engaged to provide quantity surveying services and advise on an appropriate procurement strategy.
