Gosling Consulting Limited have been appointed by Rossendale Council as Quantity Surveyor on the forthcoming Rawtenstall Market development.
GCL will join the team to provide Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Procurement services, expanding our portfolio of local market development projects which already includes Chorley, Leyland, Bacup and Haslingden.
Rossendale Borough Council has been successful in its grant bid submission to the DLUHC for Capital Regeneration Project funding, part of which will go towards the development of a new market facility in Rawtenstall.
