Gosling Consulting have been appointed by Rossendale Council as Cost Manager on the forthcoming Bacup Market development.
GCL will join the team to provide Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Procurement services, expanding our portfolio of local market development projects which already includes Chorley, Leyland and Haslingden.
Rossendale Borough Council has been successful in its grant bid submission to the DLUHC for Capital Regeneration Project funding, part of which will go towards the demolition and redevelopment of a new market facility and Union Street public realm in Bacup.
