Dan is a Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, having held a number of senior roles in different disciplines across the North West. Dan is skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering complex, high value projects on programme and within budget. Dan is experienced in procurement and project delivery, coupled with a strong background in commercial management. An excellent communicator who understands the need to establish an effective team and develop positive relationships.

With varied industry roles, Darren has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. As a Quantity Surveyor his practical experience leads to a great knowledge of construction techniques.  He has an extensive background in the commercial management of high value construction projects as well as pre-contract cost planning.  As an excellent communicator, Darren will work to develop a positive relationship with all parties and will interrogate all commercial aspects of the project to ensure best value.

John has over 35 years in the industry and has extensive experience in cost management of commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on pre contract cost planning, design management and procurement.  John is skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering complex, high value projects on programme and within budget. His experience in procurement and project delivery, coupled with a strong background in commercial management, position him ideally to lead pre contract cost planning processes.

Craig has worked in the civil engineering and construction sector for over 25 years in a variety of senior roles. Craig is a skilled contract administrator, project manager and cost manager, bringing extensive experience from a broad portfolio of projects. Craig is used to managing project teams and his client facing approach make him an ideal project lead.

Leanne has extensive administration experience, gained over 35 years in multiple industries.  As well as providing office support to the GCL team, Leanne takes ownership of quality assurance processes and document control to ensure the management and structure of the service is in accordance with the company’s Quality Management Systems.

Dave has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, degree qualified, with senior experience in roles with large construction and development companies. He has developed a positive reputation for working alongside clients and supply chain members to deliver high quality projects, on time with excellent financial returns. Dave has a varied project CV ranging from healthcare, residential, offices, student accommodation, leisure and industrial.

Andy is an experienced Quantity Surveyor having worked in the industry as a consultant for over 25 years. This valuable experience is spread across different construction sectors encompassing a range of projects and services provided. Andy is equally at comfort servicing clients during the pre or post contract stages of projects. He strives to build trusting working relationships through collaborative working and achieve a high level of client satisfaction.

Huzaifa graduated in 2012 from the University of Central Lancashire with a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has extensive knowledge and experience on projects from inception to completion in respect of various contracts within both the public and private sector.
