St Annes Pier Link

Gosling Consulting have continued our relationship with Fylde Borough Council with our appointment as NEC PM & Cost Manager on the forthcoming Pier Link project.

The Pier Link project will compliment the St Annes Event Square development, which is on site, and due to complete late summer 2025 and will deliver a fabulous new town centre facility for local residents and visitors.

The Pier Link aims to draw footfall from attractions at the pier and promenade, towards the town centre, as part of Fylde Council’s continued strategy to improve the visitor and resident experience in the town centre.

The works will involve highway realignment, paving, new street furniture, street lighting and wayfinding.

The team are excited to see the impact these projects will have on the St Annes town centre and the legacy they will leave.
