GCL have been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services as part the council’s maintenance programme to upgrade the building fabric of the Town Hall, Library and Museum Buildings.  The works to the grade II listed buildings will include the replacement of existing roof coverings, replacement and repairs to existing windows, refurbishment of the clock face, pointing and masonry repairs as well as mechanical and electrical upgrades.
