Block C, Strawberry Meadows

KA Distribution acquired three new units on Strawberry Meadows Business Park with the intention of creating a new office and distribution hub for their growing appliance handling business.  GCL were engaged as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors to manage the development of a design, manage cost, manage procurement and administer the contract.  We worked closely with all members of the team to complete a superb, bespoke environment for our client.
