GCL have been appointed as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor by Fylde Borough Council on the conversion of Hillside in Kirkham. GCL will project manage the pre contract process, manage procurement and deliver the project on behalf of the council, which will see this disused asset brought back to life and deliver revenue.
