Another Passivhaus project within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, where GCL have been engaged to act as Project Manager and QS. We initially provided cost planning services and proceeded to develop and implement a procurement strategy to engage a Contractor. As the scheme progresses, GCL will support our Client with commercial and project management services.
