Keswick Passivhaus

This fabulous project sits within the Lake District National Park with amazing views of Derwentwater and the mountains beyond. The Client commissioned a Passivhaus constructed using modern methods of construction to achieve an ultra air tight and uber energy efficient home. GCL were appointed by the Contractor, initially to price the project and negotiate the contract sum and then to procure all packages, commercially manage the scheme and ensure profitability is maintained. GCL also provided planning and reporting services.
