The Grafton

The project comprises 145 non-ensuite bedrooms arranged within 55 cluster flats across five residential floors. The accommodation is to benefit from comprehensive refurbishment to maintain Dwell operating standards.

The proposed refurbishment works are planned to include replacement bedroom furniture, kitchen refurbishment, bathroom refurbishment, communal corridor improvements, ventilation upgrades, flooring, decoration, fire stopping and associated works.

GCL have been appointed as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor.
