Arrowe Park Hospital

Gosling Consulting have been appointed by Cheshire & Wirral NHS Partnership Trust as Quantity Surveyors on the forthcoming Section 136 facility at Arrowe Park Hospital.

The Section 136 facility is a designated “place of safety” where police can take someone detained under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act 1983. These specialised facilities will be used for urgent mental health assessments, keeping individuals out of police cells and will provide a safe environment to assess individuals for up to 24-36 hours.

The accommodation will be provided by refurbishing and remodelling existing space on the Arrowe Park site.
